Refund Policy

At BYD Education, we strive to provide the best services for students pursuing their education abroad. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are applicable.
1. General Refund Terms
- Refunds are only applicable as per the specific conditions mentioned in this policy.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official support email: support@bydeducation.com.
- Processing time for refunds may take up to 30 business days from the date of approval.
- Any bank or transaction charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refundable amount.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered in the following situations:
a. Application and Admission Services
- If the student is unable to secure admission due to an error from BYD Education, a partial refund may be processed after deducting administrative charges.
- If the student voluntarily withdraws from the admission process after applying, no refund will be provided.
b. FMGE/NExT Coaching Services
- If a student withdraws before the course begins, a 50% refund of the total fee will be provided.
- If withdrawal occurs after the commencement of the course, no refund will be granted.
c. Pre-Departure & On-Arrival Assistance
- If a student cancels pre-departure assistance before the processing begins, a 70% refund will be issued.
- Once services such as visa processing, flight arrangements, and accommodation assistance have begun, no refund will be provided.
d. Personalized Guidance & Counseling
- Counseling fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.
- If a student cancels before the session, a full refund will be provided.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain payments are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Registration fees
- Visa processing charges
- Governmental or embassy fees
- Any third-party service fees related to admission processing
4. Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@bydeducation.com with your full name, registered email, contact number, and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise requested.
5. Changes to the Refund Policy
BYD Education reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website, and it is the user’s responsibility to review the policy periodically.
